In cookbook publishing (and in all of book publishing, really), fall is when the big blockbusters drop. It’s when your local indie bookstore probably has a launch event scheduled for every night of the week and when our mailboxes start to fill up with preview copies.
This season packs a lot of heavy hitters in, with Good Things, a second cookbook by Samin Nosrat, a dedicated pasta cookbook from Joshua McFadden, and a new Alison Roman book. We have a lot to read and cook in the next two months, but in the meantime, here are the books we’re especially saving space on the shelf for.
